Redesigning automotive procurement for 7,500 dealers






Challenge

Ebbon's legacy platform couldn't keep pace. Simple travel card orders sat in the same rigid system as complex fleet configurations. The replacement needed real flexibility, with no two customers seeing the same UI, and had to serve three audiences at once: the client, the end user, and the Ebbon specialist onboarding them.



Solution

No fixed set of templates could cover this range. We built a modular system instead. Reusable components, assembled in any configuration, staying visually and functionally coherent. Lego, not a catalogue of finished models.

A six week accelerator delivered the Orca brand, architecture, and core journeys. A second added workflow and back office configuration. We then embedded a senior designer to keep the system evolving as the platform grew.



Impact

A genuine leap forward in experience, not just a visual upgrade. The brand was sales ready from day one, and the modular system means new client configurations can be built without starting from scratch.
